Vitaceae

In this family we find among others even our grapevines. In fact, a characteristic of this family is the meaty fruit which grows in bunches (just like grapes).

The Cissus (from Africa) and the Cyphostemma (also from Africa) belong to this family.

These two genera are caudiciforms with needs and characteristics similar to other plants from Madagascar.
